In New Delhi city FM GOLD from All India Radio at 106.40 MHz frequency broadcasting hourly news in Hindi & English.

Due to restriction from the Ministry of Broadcasts, no private FM Channels are not able to broadcast NEWS on their channels.

I think if they follow the Rules & Regulations by the Min. of Broadcast, Govt. of India, then there should not be any problem.

I rarely  listen to  AM/FM    because i now have satellite radio. But when India gets to the  same point as  USA  was in the 60's  they  start  adding  commercials to make money  for the  station
