in india all coaches are fraud,they dont know anything at all,they make fool of public.

in india only wresling is good,they charge no money at all,i go in chandi ram akhara daily in delhi,there are many wresling clubs or arkahara in hindi,i will request you do join them.

wreslers are very powerful,in real fight kicks not work much,they require great seed and distance,if a wresler will grip you,no one can get rid of that grip,wresling is very benefical in actual fight.

wresling came under the catergory of martial arts.

if you want to learn karate or kung fu than brother you should go china or japan,they are the real masters,they taught how to use kicks etc.

in india all coaches are fraud,i had personal expierence,they just had make it a business occupation.

there was a fight between a wresler of chandi ram akhara and a karate black belt,wresler grip him in 2 seconds and put him on earth.

so i will request you my brother,in india join a akhara as i had joined,i am a philosophy honors student from hindu college.

i go in akhara daily in the morning 5 yo 7,it is free of cost,if you want to live there,than there are hostel facilities also,you had to submit some less money.

so brother learn that thing,which is usefu,dont learn karate in india,the

coach themselves dont know anything.

my friend had learn karate for 2 years,a strong man just slap him and he fall on earth.

so learn wresling,it will give you powerful and great health you will became strong,.

in chandi ram akhara there are mats,and full room with coolars,good facilities and free of cost gym also.

if you want to learn karate or kungfu go to china or japan,dont waste money in india,join shaolin temple in china.
