Websites aren't good enough to learn a language, try gettting some language books. Also you can listen to online radios and watch Turkish movies and/or series, it worked for me.

if you go on the website english girlfriends of turkish men they have like lessons on there.... i'm in my second year now of living in turkey and i'm nearly fluent but i just picked it up from living over here.

what i say is you can learn a language (turkisis a quite hard one) best while living in the country
