  1. I can do a backbend easily, but I've taken gymnastics, dance, and cheerleading. Well, I would start by doing a backbend from the ground. Once you can do that it means you've become a little more flexible. Then stand up and kind of bend over on your side/hip. (it's easier then a real backbend, but harder then a floor one), Then do the same thing everyday until you can go straight down perfectly.


  2. It takes alot of abs! So strengthen your abs so that you can lean back and be able to support yourself. And basically, go for it in increments. You lean back and bend your knees. Think of doing a  hinge with your feet wide apart.

  3. You can bend back and walk down a wall with your hands.

  4. i think you should start with your butt on the ground knees bent and hands flat behind you. then push up your chest,butt, and shoulders. take your strongest arm and complete a full circle with it over your head and land in a backbend. the other hand should turn. this teaches your stomache to stretch. then do the wall thing like said ^^^^   any questions email me
