Question:

I want to learn how to do different kinds of flips?

well yea i wanna kno how to back flip and umm do da split

but idk how, any good tips plz?

an if u guys know any other good flips please let me know

i wanna learn all certain kinds an tell me how i could

be able to do them, thxz! :)

  1. I just did a full split the other day and im really happy :)  Every day, twice a day, i did the lunge stretches and i rocked back after. Then i spread my legs open (while sitting on the floor) and then lowered my back down between my legs. To conclude it i did the good ol' butterfly stretch, but keeping my back straight as i lowered down. If you do these stretches twice a day, you'll definitely be able to do a split soon :)


  2. i'm a gymnast, and i would recommend joining a club or park for a team or something.

    if your a fast learner you could learn a backhand spring within a couple of months, and to do a back flip its recommended taht you learn a backhand spring first. and once you earn those things you do layouts and other hard cool flips. but really i suggest you join a club. its the fastest way taht you'll learn something.
