I know there are the Mr2's that you can pick up quite cheap and they would be perfect for what I want really but before I go out and buy one, could you suggest any other cars for me. I dont care what age, make etc. just aslong as its good enough for drifting!

  1. well in the usa threes isn't much of anything u can get for 700 dollars here

  2. easy! go get yourself an old ford sierra, son! go for a later one, (j-k plate that sort of age) get the 1.8 or 2.0 and you'll get the rorty twin cam engine. they're nearly all manual, i've seen them in action on skid pans and they're awesome! you'll manage to pick up a half decent one and have change from your 500 quid! good luck!

  3. A Nissan 200sx. The Skylines baby brother.

Ive seen a few drifters with them and if you dont mind a bit of rust and stuff you should be able to get one for under £1000.

  4. an old supra

  5. volvo 340

  6. You will struggle to get a road worthy MR2 for £700, £1500 maybe.

An old late 1980s 5 series BMW or Mercedes 190e maybe.Though finding ones with manual gear boxes may be a struggle.

Got it! A Vauxhall Carlton or early Omega, might even find a V6 one.

  8. Old Volvo 340's/360's were rear wheel drive. Apparently there was a bit of a sport in sweden getting them to drift! BMW's should also suffice & there will be a fair few of them about in the bargain bin!

  9. S13,  FC RX-7,  Mazda Miata,  AE86 Carola,

  10. i think i saw that on google
