Shouldn't be a problem but I guess it depends on what your disability is. If your disabilty is that you are deaf, then that's not a problem, but if you are blind, it could be tricky :)

Contact local driving schools and find out who can cater for you. If it is a physical disability (for example you have one leg) then look for an Automatic car driving school as these generally have necessary adaptions and fixings for people with physical disabilities.
