I want to learn how to make glass pipes, hammers, water pipes, sherlocks, and so forth?

are there any stores that would have videos on things like that, and if so , what stores would have the supplies i need to get started? i dont have a credit card so i cant really buy anything online :P

I think that you're going to have problems finding videos or supplies for glass blowing unless maybe you live in a large city.  I would walk into a local shop where they sell things like what you want to make, ask them where they buy them from, chances are they are made locally...and if you're serious about getting started, talk to them about it....maybe they will be willing to take you in and let you learn for a small price, or if you work there or something.  Good luck, I've found that if you have a true interest in a craft, people will be more then willing to help.  I always love it when people ask me about the things that I make, and am more then willing to show them what I know.
