  1. Of course. Its very thereputic to be able to pick up a guitar anywhere and make music.

Beware the first 3 weeks. Your finger tips will hurt, but develope calluses. A big percentage of why people quit.

  2. definately. It's really simple.

  3. so do i

  4. I think it's better you lent the guitar from someone and try to learn with some friends and after this you buy one.  But it's very nice to have a dream like this. Follow it and good luck!

  5. YEAH SURE WHY DON'T YOU START WITH GUITAR HERO..

  6. Totally! It's worth trying out. Especially if it's a dream of yours. I'd go for it but it takes practice to get any good. So many online resources you can use if you don't understood something on guitar that makes it easy.

  7. of course.  a little knowledge never hurts.  plus it'll enhance your thinking, keeping it moving, and learning every day.  it keeps the mind "young"

  8. im in the same situation. just ask your friends to show you some simple steps to start out and also try practicing on guitar hero on beginner or something. you should totally go for it!

  9. If it is your dream then you should do everything to try and achieve it. Buy a 2nd hand acoustic guitar and a tuner and a away you go. Buy your self a self tution book and follow that. It is not the best way to do it but if you keep at it and do all the boring bits you'll do well.

  10. No ... You crazy? Who actually talks about such nonsense.. Following your dreams. psh.

  11. follow yer dream..
