  1. I would guess the best way would be online courses. Some of the photo institutes will take GI bill so if you are over there with the military make sure to check that out


  2. you can NOT just learn photography you have to be gifted and have an eye for photography. if you do not have an eye for photography then it will be very very very hard for you and its not the right job for you. since your asking this question i can tell you dont so start thinking of a better job.
