  1. Any school closer?

  2. If you are still in High School or College join the wrestling team/club. Wrestling is a great base for MMA.

  3. My trainer has a GREAT DVD. Go to championsmma.tv

His name is Ross Kellin, he has trained Rampage, Wandy Silva, Keith Jardine and more. I use these dvd's about 3 times a week and they really help .

  4. If you're really interested in Learning than move. Videos are ok but if you learn bad technique no one can correct you.

Also  you could try other contact sports such as muay thai or BJJ or even wrestling if they are in the Area since their incorperated into MMA

  5. Train yourself and save money for a while to pay for the gas. Or buy a home-video for home-training.

  6. do what I do, drive up to the school once a week and join various classes. for example, i travel 40 miles on Saturdays to the gym and I do bjj, muay thai and cross fit training...sure, my body takes a beating but I train during the week in my garage so I am prepared for the punishment that lies ahead

  7. yo like save money and just do planks sit ups push ups no weighted squats[like hundreds of reps]    push ups with weights is a good method....learn bout meditation online and alos look at internet stuff
