I want to learn something new I just don't know what any ideas?

I'm a stay at home mom and all I do is sit home with a 5 month old I really want to learn something new but I just don't know what any ideas?

What do u like to do? There is a lot of ideas out there to use your time wisely.  If you enjoy doing crafts, I would suggest to stop by a local arts & crafts store and try something new there.  I don't know where you live but I know one thing is very popular is knitting.

take your kid to a library and read what ever interests you

M.I.T. and several other universities arouond the country have opened up most of their courses to on-line learning AT NO CHARGE. You can learn as much as your average Phd. just by surfing to their site. The only problem is making the selection of what to study. If you can't find anything to learn that way, you are in sad shape.

Oh, yeah, you still have to pay if you want the diplomas, but the OpenCourseware project is amazing!

Get a hobby. I love to scrapbook. Being a new mom is eciting and a good place to start. You can start a book for you child. Expand it as he/she grows. Wal-mart has a clearance sale on some stuff. Do you have a Hobby Lobby where you live? It like a craft store. Thye have GREAT sales.

i dont understand what "new" you are looking for. do you mean something new to with your time.

if you mean something new with your time; try taking up a hobby like bowling or knitting something you can later do with your kid when he/she gets older, you know bonding.
