Dude, I am an english speaking white girl and moved to PR with my husband who is in the military. 2 1/2 years later, even though I hated it while I was there, I am glad I went, because I learned so much spanish over there, and quick too, Puerto Ricans have a very fast pace of spanish so you are kind of forced to catch on fast. As far as the age group, I would have to say there isnt one, everyone of all ages parties until daybreak, all day everyday! I swear.
