  1. a scooter?

    are you joking?

you use one foot on the thing, then another to pedal.

    ????

    hmmm

  2. If you can ride a bike, chica - then you can ride a scooter. Take a CBT test. That's Compulsory Basic Training to you and me. They'll walk you through all you need to know, and it only takes one day to complete. Costs around £90-£135, depending on who it's with.

After that, you get a certificate and you're off. Don't forget insurance though (£300 approx.) !

  3. kick your foot  like kick scooter or what kind of scooter are you talkng about

  4. try to balance ur self when u ride. try not to fall off. you will get the hang of it

  5. Get one and go for it they are a blast and simple to operate, wear your helmet !!!!!!!!!

  6. Let's say all these smarta$$es are wrong and you are going to ride a motorized scooter, like a Vespa. They are quite easy to ride. They are much smaller and lighter than a bigger motorcycle, so they are easy to balance and maneuver. And they don't usually have a clutch, so you just twist the throttle and go. Just don't try to go to too fast at first. Just ride slowly and straight until you get the feel of it. Then go a little faster. Set up a course in a vacant parking lot so you can learn to turn and start and stop smoothly. Always wear a helmet and clothes that protect your body. You will see idiots riding scooters in flip flops and shorts, but that is wrong. The more you ride, the more confident you will be. I ride one all the time. I go 25 miles one way to work. It didn't take me long to get used to it. Scooters are harder to see than bigger motorcycles, so remember to ride as though other drivers can't see you. You will be right a lot of the time. It would be a good idea to take a motorcycle training class, too.

  7. many motorcycle, scooter dealers offer demo rides / or call up any motorcycle dealer and ask where and when you can enroll in a local MSF safety riders course, its free and they will supply the bikes and teach you to ride, the bikes they supply and what you learn on are mostly 250cc cruiser type motorcycles, BUT, if you learn how to ride a motorcycle you will have no problem riding a scooter.
