I want to learn to throw with the left hand i am right handed what is a cost free way to do this?

i can throw great with the right hand i just want to learn to change it up a bit when i am pitching

Find a big wall and throw a ball any size whether its a tennis ball or a soccer ball against the wall with the left handed and when it bounces back catch it and keep throwing it against the wall.

There is no logical reason at all to try to throw with your left hand.  You could practice for years and never reach the ability that you have with your right hand.  Your time would be much better utilized if you work on becoming a switch hitter and you would ultimately be better off if you continue to play baseball.

go out to field with some friends and practice...

Go out into the yard and start throwing the ball with your Left hand. eventually you'll get it. I did the same thing.

If you are really right handed it is very unlikely you will be as good with your left as you can be with your right.
