I'm 15 and not very athletic, but I work out and have lost like 20 pounds. I know that i need to stretch to get flexible and work on upperbody strength and stuff but is there anything else i can do. And what kind of stretches should i do and for how long or how many, thanks!I really hope its not too late, they always say the best time to learn is when you're young but I REALLY want to learn to do this. I'm willing to devote my whole summer to it.=)
