  1. No one likes doing homework or giving speeches, You are not unique here. Life is full of things we need to do but don't want to do. You won't be getting rid of them by quiting school. In fact, you'll be creating many more. Do your homework. Go to class. Ask the teachers when you don't understand something. Ask for help with your speeches. Know that you aren't the only one that gets nervous about speeches. I would nearly pass out when I had to give speeches in school. (I'm not so bad now)

  2. you have 2 years left.  concentrate, get a tutor, and work hard.  you'll regret quitting if you do.

  3. Leave school, but don't expect to be much more than a fry cook for the rest of your life.

  4. TAKE A DEEP BREATH

you can get through this. you would regret leaving school. you close a lot of doors when you leave school early. Please don't do it!

I suggest talking to your teachers about the situation, teachers always like it when students come in for help. they know that you're at least trying, and they'll probably be a bit easier on you.

if you feel uncomfortable talking with your teachers, maybe you should try talking to your counselor. I don't know how it is at your school, but at mine, it was my counselor who really helped me get through high school.

another idea: try asking your parents for help. it might be simpler than you think.

trust me, i've been where you are. and i graduated this year, and i'm attending college! i plan to be a nurse in 4 years! so please, don't lose hope. you can do this! you can catch up!! it'll be worth it.

  5. Try talking to your teacher about it. I've been able to get out of doing some of mine in front of the class and instead just hand my report in or do it to my teacher only.

    They are usually pretty understanding.

    Good luck!

  6. Pls don't leave school half way. U'll have a lot of problems if ur studies r incomplete. People will tease u and show u that they r alot cleverer than u and u r nothing. They will also critisize u a lot. Complete ur studies and exams, even if u fail don't lose heart or give up hope. Say to yourself that u'll work even more and go in a good college. Study even more. If u have confidence and hope, nothing can stop u. Good Luck and don't leave school half way!

  7. go ahed

    leave school

u could do watever u want

    be a loser

    give up and dont try

lets see were u end up

  8. there is always a choice DO NOT DROP OUT OF SCHOOL you can take online courses if you have failed some classes to catch up and s***w the speeches you are really going to let a couple of speeches ruin your life forever get up in the front and do what you have to do you are the best and whatever you do

DO NOT DROP OUT OF SCHOOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  9. It's usually fear that keeps us from doing things. Obviously, you have narrowed it down to fear of public speaking, which affects more people than any other fear! This is normal, and certainly not a reason to leave school. We must face our fears, and in this case it could even turn out to be one of your strengths! Go to your teacher and tell her how you feel. Hopefully she will have some suggestions for you. If not, a parent or classmate will give you some help. But get on it right away. The first step is the hardest, but you won't get anywhere if you don't start!

  10. Don't leave school! i'm sure you'll regret it later. honestly there is no nice way to put it but your gonna have to get over you stage fright and do your speeches. Trust me i know its hard. In order to graduate from my high school i had to do a senior project in which i had to this 10 min. speech in front of 4 teachers. It was hard and i was really nervous. I started to stutter at first but then I was able to get into the groove of the speech. Honestly there's tons of little tools that people use to help you get through the speeches. I would say stick with it! you've made it to far to quit now! good luck in your future

  11. Have someone help you with your public speaking and go to extra help for classes.  Seek help from your family, friends, and teachers.  And most importantly... do your work!

  12. Don't. You'll regret it; perhaps not soon but definitely about 20 years later. Even if you manage to become wealthy on your own, eventually you will wish you had completed your studies. I have always made more money being self employed than my peers with jobs and quality educations yet I have always envied them. I only have a Bachelor's Degree in Business but have decided to go back to school for my masters and then my Doctoral Degree, and I'm 45! If you're failing your assignments and hate doing speeches perhaps you're studying the wrong thing. I find it easier to learn things I'm truly interested in than things I don't care about. As for the speeches..... perhaps you're just shy. No big deal! Don't worry about it; really.... it becomes easier! I used to be petrified of even leaving a simple greeting on my answering machine (voice mail) and it all boils down to a lack of self confidence. The more you confront your fears the faster they dissipate. So..... just go for it and focus on the end result - specifically your academic goals, not the speeches. the speeches are simply "stepping stones".
