I push on listen live but there is no sound.

It also says I need to download a plugin but firefox cant find it! help!

  1. First,

    You need to get the Latest Version of Windows Media Player, which currently for XP/Vista is Windows Media Player 11. You can download that at most www.microsoft.com, just go to the Download Center.

    Also, in some cases, you may need the OpenPLS plugin, which will open Streaming Audio (playlists) in Windows Media Player, go to http://tools.veloc-it.com/tabid/58/grm2i...

    You do not have to Type the entire URL in, just do a Copy-And-Paste if you know what I mean.


  2. Make sure you have the latest Java and Flash updates (available from Sun and Adobe websites - free).

    Also check your security settings, set them low, disable any firewalls and don't try to do it wireless. Try the station you want to listen to through a hardwired ethernet connection. if that works and your wireless doesn't, there's your answer.

    Wireless is possible if there's nothing else (like a switch) in-between the modem and your computer.
