I want to live and work or study in India?

I am 42...Iwould love to live and work in Hyderabad as I have links there..I am a British ciziten...Or if it doesn't sound silly at my age to study over there...I spent 4 months there back in 2003 and loved it...Does anyone know if itt's possible to study there at my age? Also I have a Btec diploma which I got in 1999..so i'm not total brainless

A friend of mine works at an organization in India called Freedom Women...I think it's something like that.  It helps women who have been divorced because over in India they are faced with such a stigma and get no money when they are divorced.  The organization also runs an orphanage and they are always looking for people to help.  Hope this helps!


  2. Why not? If you have the necessary funds to support your education and living expenses, it is possible. Please seek help and guidance from the Indian Embassy at your place.

    The age does not matter.

    1) First of all take suggestion from Embassies of INDIA as well as that of UK.

    2) Take admission in the “The English and Foreign Languages University HYDERABAD – 500 605 in any your choice of programme. (The Process is on). The website for it is www.efluniversity.ac.in.
