  1. Sorry, not being a carpenter.

  2. Contact the embassy of the country in America where you want to go

  3. Are you sure?? It's starting to become a police state. Don't come here if you like real freedom.

  4. Good luck.  I currently reside in Hawaii.  Sadly, we're over-run with hundreds of thousands immigrants from the Philippines.  They all come thinking they're going to be rich.  Illocano is spoken more commonly than English on one of our islands (Lanai).   Most of the filipinos here are very poor and hold only menial jobs.  They're soaking up our resources like welfare, burden our school systems (their kids need remedial education so they hold back entire classes and tie up school resources) as well as our health care systems.  While some are considered skilled and educated in their own country, by comparison, their education and skills are sub-par and do not meet American standards.  For example, we tried hiring Filipino engineers at my company-- with disasterous results.  My suggestion:  be a patriot and try making things better in your own country rather than looking for greener grass elsewhere.

  5. To much info to type it all out. It helps if you have a trade that is in demand. Right now construction is not a high demand job with the economy and all.  All foreigners who wish to work in the United States must first obtain a work visa. A work visa is a temporary permit to live and work in the United States. Individuals who work without the appropriate visa are breaking the law and may be deported.

A work visa may be obtained prior to entry into the United States or the applicant may change status after entering the United States on a different visa. Changing status from F-1 Student Visa to H-1B Work Visa is quite common among international college students. H-2B Work Visas are available to workers without higher education, E-3 Work Visas are only for Australian citizens, and H-3 Trainee Visas are available for short-term training at American companies.
