I want to live in japan and get a job.. need some help

Question

i came tokyo with my family, and i am enjoying it.. it's great place with lots of malls and restaurant. i am 17 male, how can i able to get a job in Tokyo? is there any part time job? my dad is very fluent in Japanese.i live in japan when i was very young like age 4 or 5. so i forgot everything.. so i can't speak or read japanese.. i know first thing i need to do is learn japanese. and how can i get decent job in tokyo? i plan to go college in united states. i live in california irvine...i plan to go community college and to transfer to 4 year university like uci, ucla, usc.. so what's the best option for me to get a job and work in tokyo japan?

i want to live there to I'm gonna move there when i finish college ( I'm 16) and yeah i have the same dream as you!!

You don't need to be a citizen of Japan to work there, contrary to what the other answer said.  However, you do need a work visa, which requires a bachelor's degree and an approved job offer before you move to Japan.  The work visa is applied for and sponsored by the Japanese company which wants to hire you.  It is not possible to just move to Japan and hope to find work there.  

Once you get your degree, you can apply for something like the JET Program or another private language school to get a job teaching English.  Other than teaching English, there are a few jobs available in the IT, banking, and international law industries, but these jobs often require advanced degrees or fluency in Japanese.
