i want a cute cheap outfit: what type of shirt and jeans and shoes

what about make-up?

ill wear whatever i love all styles pretty much

I'm short and have dirty blonde hair and going into high school

Girl i can defeintly help you on this...well first dont do too much make-up just put enough so that you look nice second ur outfit. since its the first day of school you want to be noticed but not that notice. you could maybe wear a graphic t or maybe a nice shirt with long beaded necklaces which dont cost much. maybe some skinny jeans would look nice and some old navy flip flops or flats....what you should do to make it all look good is get really cute accesories!!! I like clean looks so I would say a pastel colored cute tee (or tank if ur school allows that), nice jeans, and white tennis shoes. If you wear makeup, do it simple with a clear lip gloss and [ull your hair back into a  a very neat ponytail!! Sooo cute....Oh and dont forget to paint ur nails....

Depending on where you live, there are different stores.  Where I live I normally buy pants at 'bluenotes'.  If I were you I would probably buy a pair of jean shorts (short shorts make people look taller) and a pink or baby blue tank top.  For shoes just wear a pair of flip flops, they could be practically any colour.  Blue, pink, white etc.  About make-up, don't wear too much.  I always use a little bit of bronzer, but it depends on your skin tone.  I would use black mascara and eye shadow.  For the colours of eye shadow go with a mixture of two shades of brown, or a dull gold colour.  Remember, natural is good :)  Then again, if your school has a dress code (many do now-a-days) I would just buy a pair of knickers (probably jeans) and a cute t-shirt.  (The colours are the same as the tank top)  You can still wear the flip flops and the same make-up.  Hope this helped!

Cheap? I'm not sure about any cheap outfits (because I never wear them).

Anyway, it depends on the weather that day. If it's rainy & cold. You should wear dark colored jeans. High heels or pumps or leather boots- about 2 1/2 inches tall for heels, 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 for pumps, & about 2 inches or above for boots.

Wear some nice jeans from Buckle, they are kind of expensive but worth it. Try some Aeropostale Shirts. They are CUTE and CHEAP. Wear some Old Navy Flip Flops. They are comfortable and cheap, and cute!

As for makeup, wear eyeliner and mascara, try some eyeshadow if you'd like.

You don't need to to try hard, in high school, no one cares that much. Most people come in wearing Soffe shorts and a cute t-shirt with old navy flip flops.

ok well i am in highschool so i know what you should wear. don't wear a super short skirt or shorts(you could get a rep of lookin like a s**t)

don't wear low cut shirts either. something simple and sophisticated. if you're comfortable with heals then you can buy a cute pair of cheap black ones at any store really. so cheap black heels, extra long dark blue jeans(low cut around waste would be good) um a simple but cute black shirt. don't go all out with accessories. a lot of people don't like that. makeup: cover up(match skin the best), if you have brown eyelashes then wear brown eyeliner and brown mascara. not too much. you want a natural look so don't wear vibrant colored eye shadow or lip gloss. go for regular clear lip gloss. dirty blond hair would look best curly if your wearing black. but you can go straight too. you can find some thick black string and turn it into a choker (it's hot on blonds). try and get eyebrows to be freshly waxed or plucked. and teeth whitened with simple store products. go for it. wish you luck

look at target they have awesome cute clothes for really cheep and for the make up thing girl on my first day of high school i put a lot of mascara on and matched my eye shadow with my shirt and it look good

i would wear shorts with a babydoll shirt or babydoll tank with cute flipflops, and whatever for makeup...mascara, lip balm, skin colored eye shadow, to give your eyes a tint, nothing to dramatic. hope you look good for your first day, also target has some cute, cheap clothes, and shoes, not really cheap makeup though.
