I want to loose weight ..and fast!?!?!?

How can I loose 10 to fifteen pounds by september 7? Any one have any suggestions what I should do?

  1. you could try doing physical work (enough to make you sweat w/in 30 mins) and keep it up all day (about 10 hours). gardening is good for this type of thing. also, make sure you eat healthy.


  2. Run 5 miles a day and don't eat much.

  3. Don't Drink pop at all.

    Diet talk to your doctor to figure out the right diet for you

    and of course exercise daily

    walking and running help alot

    also sleep all eight hours peacefully without sleep you will not have enough enery to burn the carbs you need to

    And you do the diet then 4 days off normal eating exept on the days off only eat aout 900 calories or maybe 100 you have to be comitted to do this I hope i helped hun but it would be better if you did a regualr diet ^_^
