I want to loose weight - i am 14 - 13 stones - HELP ME!!?

Hello

i am 14 years old and i weigh 12 and a half stone

and i have ALWAYS been over weight as long as i remember...

and it really makes me upset when i hear people make fun of me at school and when i go shopping and i can't buy clothes which i want to

:(

im a size 18 (uk)

and i know people say celebs influwence what we do and that its a bad thing but i really want to be thin like miley or selena.

cause i can be kinda pretty if i try hard and i know my weight it making me ugly, i just want to be normal

even my best friend called me fat behind my back (im not friends with her now)

the problem is i don't like veg or salad or nearly any thing healthy, but please dont say TRY IT cause i cant i have tryed all of it and i don't like it. Also i hate sports because of my weight i have never got into it so i lost my confidence in team sports

i also dont want to suddanly say to my mum & dad oh im going to do exicise cause i think i will sound stupid!

is there any excises i can do alone in my room

i really dont know what to do as i dont like much healty food and i dont like getting fit in front of people :(

please dont say EAT VEG or JOIN A SPORTS TEAM cause it wont help

I know how you feel, I have experienced this in the past.  This may sound silly, but dancing is a great exercise to do alone in your room.  That way your mum and dad will hear the music and just think it's a teen thing. Just remember to try to eat healthy and even keep a notebook with everything that you eat written down.  If you cut out too much food, you can't lose.  Food is like petrol, you have to have enough for the "machine" to run effectively.  Since you don't like a lot of stuff, you will have to rely on the dancing and portion control of what you do like.  The bottom line is this, you can do it.  It takes time, that's what we don't like to admit.  You can do it. I know.  Oh, and go on some web sites that show bigger girls how to dress rad so they feel better while they are losing. You might already have great outfits and not even know it, you may just need another way to put them together.

    also ouch you dont like fruit or veg?? hmm well try and cut down and replace some food with water to see if your really hungry and also chew gum coz after a while your stomuch with thing that it is eating when reallly all you are doing is chewing gum and not really swolling it!
