I want to loose weight in my legs bum and tum?

hey im 20year old female i am 175cm tall and i weigh 87kilos.

i am now a size AU 12 and i used to be a size AU 10 i want to lose 15 kilos in 3 months. i want to loose weight in my legs bum and tum.

i also have a few streatch marks on my thighs and back of my legs how do you get rid of them!!

  1. you could lose maybe 10 kilos in 3 months, eat 6 small regular meals and do 1 hour of exercise like running or swimming, aerobics, dancing, whatever!

    you can't "spot reduce" - i.e. you can't just lose fat off your legs and bum, your body will lose fat from all over, which is a bonus.

    Exercises like lunges and squats will strengthen and tone the muscles in your bum and thighs and calves, as will simple yoga steps like the Sun Salutation.


  2. Squats and healthy diet will help with the weight in your legs, bum, and tum. As far as stretch marks, surgery is the only thing I know of that gets rid of them. You can hide them or slightly diminish them with sunless tanning lotions or Nivea stretch mark cream but this never gets rid of them.

  3. A great exercise I have found for bum and hips is a floor exercise where I get a step, move to one side of it and step up on to it and lift my outer leg straight out to the side keeping my toes pointed forward. Then I bring it back to starting postition and step down. I repeat 20 times on each side and do three sets. I feel it in my hips/outer thighs and butt which are two of my problem areas. I just love to "feel it" there! Over time, it has also helped my improve my balance, which is a big problem of mine.

  4. The quickest way to loose weight (and best) i've found with yoga in combination with cutting out bread, potato and pasta. Yoga is a great way to loose weight in legs, bum and tummy, it slims those areas down. Adding a link with some tips, check it out if you if you want.
