In 2-3 weeks . I will be starting excersizing with three dance classes ( competitive ) one ballroom class ( might its up in the air ) Once a month ( kickboxing ) and The look dvd once a day ( 1 hour body sculpt ) right now all i eat is fast food is there a diet book i can buy or something ?, I dont drink water only coke i am switching to only water ( about 3.5 bottles a day )
