I want to lose 10-15 pounds ? / Will I lose it doing...?

In 2-3 weeks . I will be starting excersizing with three dance classes ( competitive ) one ballroom class ( might its up in the air ) Once a month ( kickboxing ) and The look dvd once a day ( 1 hour body sculpt ) right now all i eat is fast food is there a diet book i can buy or something ?, I dont drink water only coke i am switching to only water ( about 3.5 bottles a day )

  2. buy the g.i diet book that should help you for more info on it you should search it online,my uncle did this and lost like 25 pounds.

  3. You will probably lose a lot in the first few weeks if you manage to do everything you plan, i agree you definately need to stop all the fast food! Thats gonna make the biggest difference of all to be honest, its not hard, just eat more fruit veggies, brown bread instead of white, lessdeep fried things etc. Cutting down on the fat youre taking in will be hard at first but if you keep it up then you'll feel so much better in the long run.

    If you need flavoured drinks have fruit juice some of the time, it doesnt have to be ALL water, just make sure its pure fruit juice and not had suger added. Cut out the fizzy stuff and junk, stick to your plans and you will probably lose loads. Just try not to lose it too fast and keep your working out regular not sporadically when you remember and youll see real results.
