Question:

I want to lose 10-15 pounds will this work / what can I do better ?

In 2-3 weeks . I will be starting excersizing with three dance classes ( competitive ) one ballroom class ( might its up in the air ) Once a month ( kickboxing ) and The look dvd once a day ( 1 hour body sculpt ) right now all i eat is fast food is there a diet book i can buy or something ?, I dont drink water only coke i am switching to only water ( about 3.5 bottles a day )

and a one hour yoga class as well as every other day p.e.

You buy these ebooks like eight of them for 40 bucks and it supposed to help you lose all this weight fast but it helps you lose the fat not lose muscle so you get that tight s**y stomach... I buying the ebook next week... Just take a look at the site... It seems great...


  2. that should work, you should keep the fast food down, and dont eat 'fatty' foods.
