I'm 5'3 and a half and my simple guess is that i'm 120 pounds (I haven't weighed myself for four months and I was 116 back then, and I've gained a couple of pounds, I can tell + I don't have a scale at home) I want to lose about 10 pounds to get down to 110. Any suggestions for a diet? And, any exercises I can do?- Not including the gym, or anything to do with exercise machines or lifting weights. Or any suggestions on how many minutes I can start off with by using the treadmill? And how many days of the week. Because I'm about to get one.
