I want to lose 10 pounds.. helpp?!?

if i try to eat no sweets [chocolate,candy, cake and stuff.] and like more fruits and yogurts and bike ride 3 miles everyday. will i lose any weight?! and i wannt thinner thighs. so any ideas how to get thinner thighs?

  1. If your focusing specifically on thighs, then yoga excerises are the best for toning and strengthening your legs, and eatings sweets is fine but its all about limits and willpower, and also biking alone will not trim your legs I know cause i tried it, any way best of luck =)


  2. Yes you can do almost anything to lose weight.

    There is a bad way and a good way.

    No matter what you choose, you will lose weight.

    It only and always depends on your motivation and how much you really want it. You can lose 10 pounds but you have major factors.

    - Keeping it off

    - Doing so everyday

    - Eating healthy

    - Not being lazy

    - Trying to stay away from fatty foods.

    You can lose the weight, but can YOU do it?
