I want to run nonstop everyday for 36 minutes, take alli, and go on the six week body makeover eating plan. Is that safe? Or will I kill myself doing that? I don't have insurance or money so I can't go see a doctor about it.

  1. thats a bad idea to lose that much weight in a short amount of time, u need to pace urself and lose the weight gradually..

it sounds like now that ur overweight(im guessin) u wanna change, well u should've thought about that b4 ur eating habits n exercising habits went bizerk..

  2. It depends...How much do you weigh??? and how old are you??? If you are over weight and you NEED to lose the weight then no...I don't think that would be a bad idea at all!! But if you are under weight or of average wieght that might not be a good idea simply because you don't need to lose 100 pounds...since one who is of average weigth does not need to lose any weight it can cause bad things to happen to other parts of your body in some cases.  Since it also depends on your age...if you are 10 and you weigh 300 pounds...no it wouldnt kill you to lose some wieght...but if you are 30 and 5'8 and you weigh 120-160 no you really dont need to lose weight....so take your age and your weight and your height into account! this way since everyone is different you can make a decision thats right for you!! hope this helped!! email me if you need any more help! lol

  3. it depends what u weigh but its definately terrible for ur heart 2 try 2 ajust 2 a 100lbs lose in such a short space id advice u take it easy u have 2 build it up slowly so ur heart can ajust easier.good luck either way u go

  4. no it's not safe at all

even if you did that, you wouldnt lose 100 lbs

you need to build up, you cant over exert yourself like that

    sad but true

esp if u dont have insurance!

eat healthy, gradually build lean muscle, and practice self control

if u told someone u are like 100lbs lighter than u actually are and have to meet them in 6 weeks or something like that, well i hope you have a sister who is in better shape. maybe she could be ''you''.

  5. That's perfect.

You are not exercising too much and you are eating.

The diet pills are not ideal, but your plan IS safe, which is your question.

  6. i think it would be better to just eat alot less and drink only water but idk im not a docta

  7. NO.. my dads friend passed away because he lost half his weight in a really short amount of time.. the doctor said his body wasn't used to being pressured to losing weight so i REALLY suggest you dont do this..

  8. not safe at all!!!!!

  9. all u need to do is have a consious

    either join nutrisystem

    or

just learn to eat right diet and excercise dont eat junk  at food network .com u can get healthy recipes

  10. That will most likely harm you. Losing weight is not a super fast process, it takes time and persistence. Diet pills do work, if you want to have heart failure and lung failure and many other problems when you get older.

Try taking your time. Don't make a deadline. Start off slow and work your way up, like only running what you can right now, and then just adding on a minute every time you start to improve.

  11. Be careful, I understand and I am doing the same thing. It does work tho!! Be very careful!!

  12. cardio is always good for you. Try doing HITT it worked great for me. There is no need to do more than 25 min. It beats running for 40 min by far. do this atleast 4 times a week and try to put a littel weight training in there.  Dont try and lose weight too fast.  If you are losing more than 2 lbs a week you might be loing muscle(catabolic, you can google it)

*WIth HITT you will not over work your self like you might by doing full run or jog for 20-40 min like most people.

    * With HITT you should stay in you target hart range.

*you will burn more calories from fat while preserving muscle

Here is a idea of what my diet looks like but it will need to be adjusted to your activaty leval, weight, etc...

Breakfast Cereal with low fat milk and Low cal protein shake( muscle milk light or gold standard whey)

mid morning snake" Nuts of some sort, or maybe some cheese( I can’t think of other good snakes right now)

Lunch: Sandwich with 100%whole wheat bread veggies and some kind of meat with low % fat (you want to stay away from fat) keep it blow say 10% or even lower when it comes to meat

Mid afternoon snack ( some kind of snack loaded with protein like nuts or another protein shake if you can handle that)

Dinner ( don’t eat a big dinner) Lean source of protein like chicken, lean ground beef, top sirloin stake,

bedtime if you go to bed around 10 and need a snack eat some low fat cottage cheese around 9 or so

I think this diet can get you started but you need to find out what cal intake you need. There are web sites that can assist with that according to your weight and activity level.
