I want to lose 25lbs by my bday in november how can i do it? ?

i dont have the money to go to the gym or any special diets. and no diet pills, cause i really want to keep the weight off. any postive feedback and motivational stories will help! thanks

  1. I would suggest a cleansing diet. I lost 12 pounds in 9 days and then 28 pounds in less than a month. I also lost a lot of inches too!   2. you'll be hard pressed to find someone on here that suggests special diets or diet pills. :) the general opinion is to cut calories and to exercise! try to cut 500 and burn 500. if you don't know how much you take in on a normal basis, just try to eat no more or less than 1200 per day. drink a lot of water!! chew gum to avoid snacking. drink green tea as it increases your metabolism. fruits and veggies fruits and veggies - not only are they tasty and good for you but it helps you go to the bathroom normally, which keeps you cleaned out and weighing less! don't pay a huge amount of attention to every little calorie, just try to get a genuine idea of what you're taking in. read labels and use your judgement.

    at first you'll lose a lot of weight, then it will slow down to about 2 a week - if you want it to move faster then cut more and burn more calories.

    even if you don't lose 25 exactly, you may look like you have (or better!) by exercising and lifting weights. it makes a huge difference in the inch loss.

  3. Eat very little and cut the junk and fast food.

  4. Drink lots of water, limit your portions, and workout (strength and cardio) 4-5 times a week.  Try not to each unhealthy foods and you should lose the weight in time.
