I want to lose a lot of weight?

I'm 16 and I weigh about 200 and I hate it. I played softball last year and I think the fact that I couldn't run as fast as the other players is what kept me off Varsity, because other than running, I'm one of the best players on the team. So this year when softball season starts, I want to weigh about 145 -150. Any suggestions? I really want to lose this weight.

  1. you will cut down on what you think is causing the problem. if you eat at night. try cutting down. eat early in the day that way you can burn it off before you go to bed. have a small breakfast a big lunch. and a lite dinner. eat fruits. cut down on hamburgers and fries. you grt the message.

Well you play softball, which suggests you get exercise, so i'd say eat healthier. alot of time we may think that because we exercise we can eat watever we want, and tomorrow's workout will just take care of it, but thats will probably just keep you at the weight you're at now. so eat healthier and keep exercising.

  5. I would start off by balancing my diet.  I always prefer the no diet.  

    No Fried Food

    No Sugar

    No Choclate

    No Whole Milk

    No Mayo

    No Red meat.

    No Alcahol

    and some long walks and build up to running, no diet can help and less you match it with exercise. I think that I would start by searching the internet for healthy diets and exercise.  but remember no diets are easy to remember and easy to follow. Maybe consult a doctor or nutrition expert.

    I'm really good at losing weight.

    its simple.

    less input(food) + more output(exercise) = less weight

    a good way to lose weight, is before you go to bed, go for a 30-60min run/jog, you get your heart rate up, and start sweating, then take a shower and go to bed(you will use the energy from dinner in the run)

    and it also help if you sleep in the cold. Then when you wake up you will have lost weight...weigh your self after the shower, then weigh yourself when you get up in the morning, and you should of lost some weight.
