Hi, I am 5' 1" and I weight 138 and i wanna lose belly weight about 10 lbs i wanna know easy ways to get healthier and slimmer. and some simple exercises that are effective.

Vegetables are generally very low in calories, very high in fiber, and full of flavor and nutrition. Generally, you want to - with a combination of calorie reduction and increased activity - reduce and burn a certain number of calories a day, causing a net loss of calories so your body is forced to use its own stores of fat.   4. eat healthy and exercise. eat some fruit and vegetables. for exercise u can do crunches, push ups, running, swimming, etc. if u can go to the gym every day or every other day. it works.  

  5. Stop eating junk food, Fruits and veggies are good nutrition, and they have fiber which is a plus. do some crunches, and the side crunches. Try 25 each time, it wont work in a day do it about once a day and if you cant every other until you can. Then if you want do more that one set a day, you should feel it the next day if not in the workout it self. Good luck!!!

  7. well you have reduce fast food and increase healthy food like veg and fruits and making varaity of healthy food will help you to keep going in diet.stop fuzzy drinks which includes gas as well alcohol. i will prefer if you could play aerobics 3 times a week but daily 45 minutes fast walk. well these helps me alot in loosing weight in healthy way also i adopted a puppy where i have to take him out for walk thats help. as well support from my boyfriend as we reduce watching TV,swim together join GYM and also having s*x with different positions really helps. refresh ur mind as yu start that what you doing is to impress your self only. best of luck
