Question:

I want to lose weight, but i'm having some difficulty please help :)?

I REALLY REALLY want to lose weight, but I can't seem to stop eating junk food. I lost 20 pounds last year, but technically gained it all back and I'm seriously regretting it... PLEASE help if you can

  1. Here's what I do. Buy weight watchers icecream bars or skinny cow icecream sandwiches, there are lots of kinds to pick from. Then when you get a craving, eat one, but keep it to one icecream per day. On top of that exercise and eat right. Then, if you do good and resist junk all week, reward yourself on the weekend by going and buying a favorite dessert, because occasional junk food is okay.


  2. Well i had the same problem, so what i did was i exercised for one hour 5 days a week (weekdays) then on the weekend i only did about 15 minutes of simple exercise and ate basically what i wanted (only on saturday and sunday).

    This helped me loose 15 pounds in about 3 weeks! also add drinking water all the time you will definately lose 20 pounds again. Good luck!

  4. stop eat junk food and start do exercise and eat a lot of vegetables and fruits and drink a lot of water and juice
