I want to lose weight; Any good, easy ways to?

I can watch my diet; i weigh 125 & i want to get down to 100. I want to lose it in about 2Months. I can excersize but nothing at a gym . I know my weight is unhealthy so im not gunna post my height. Anyway...anyone have any tips; Food i should eat & things like that?

  4. No starch or sugar. Vegetables and lean protein (white chicken or lean fish, lean turkey).  For breads only 100% whole grain or wheat on occassion..I would stick to 1 serving a day (read labels no enriched flour). I would also try to keep dairy in there by eating ff cottage cheese or drink a glass of skim milk or egg whites /skim milk (scrambled) for breakfast.

  5. how old are you?  Are you still in school?  It's hard to say, because I odn't know how tall you are, I don't know how much fat you have, I don't know what your lifestyle is currently like and I don't know what you're already eating.

    Still...  Weightloss and nurtion/body sculpting is more of a balance than it is anything else.  Your goal of 25lbs in 2 months is a little lofty, maybe more like 10-15.  You've got to figure out how many calories your body needs and then to eat that many in the right proportion of macronutrients.  Without knowing your age, height, or activity level I can't give you that information.

    Eat 5 small meals each day, drink at least 60oz of water every day, take an organic multivitamin every day, get plenty of exercise.  If you can't join a gym, join a sports team or go for jobs and do squats, pushups, situps, and pullups every day.

    Each meal you eat should contain a lean protein source (Chicken, Tuna, Serloin, Fish) and it should contain a complex carbohydrate (Whole wheat, brown rice, green beans, asparagus, sweet potatoes).  Stay away from sugars, fatty foods, fried foods, simple carbs (Sugar, White Bread, White Rice, etc).  Eat your sugary natural foods by lunch (fuits and breads).  After lunch stick with protein and fresh green veggies.  If you're gonna use fat, use Extra Virgin Olive Oil.  Apple Cider Vinegar is a good seasoning for salads and veggies as is fresh squeezed lemon juice.

    As long as you are getting the right number of calories in per day (not too little) then your body will not want to store fat and it will make your exercises the most beneficial.  If you aren't getting enough calories, your body will forego muscle building in favor of fat storing.  You will lose weight but become weaker and fatter and your metabolism will slow.  If you eat the right amount your metabolism will increase, your body will shed fat and build muscle.  You will achieve the look you want.

  7. Whatever you do, don't go on a fat free diet. Sure its alright til you decide you want just one candy bar. Your body will think it needs to store more fat than normal bc you aren't eating enough of it. Instead eat foods in small portions instead of huge meals. And completely laying off soda will Really help speed things up. And it always help to have a friend beside you for motivation. Maybe go jogging together in the morning. Keep it real and fun...

    tips (trust me, follow these and u will definetely lose weight):

    -eat about 7 small meals throughout the day to keep your metabolism super fast. skipping meals makes u gain weight.

    -drink lots of water, about 2 litres a day.

    -drink a glass of water when you are hungry. if you are still hungry after 15 minutes then have something small.

    -during meals try to fill up on water as much as possible, but never be hungry, you have to eat a little bit.

    -try cut out white bread, potatoes, white rice, pasta.

    -cheese is mega calories. reduce the amount of cheese you eat.

    -drink a small glass of skimmed cows milk or goats milk or if possible soya milk every day for healthy hair and nails.

    -eat lots of carrots, celery, lettuce, water melon, oranges.

    -say junk food disgusts you to avoid it, its mega calories.

    -a salad is a good idea at a restaurant, but keep the dressing on the side. dressing can have as many calories as 3 big macs!!

    -increase the amount of exercise you do already. you can jog on the spot for 30 mins infront of the tv or something. listening to music keeps u in rhythm and its fun, so use your ipod. going on your bike is a good idea too.

    -when you are craving chocolate, have a small piece of dark chocolate.

    -chewing gum can raise metabolism and help cravings, but it rots teeth out. always use sugar-free.

    -when you are really craving something sweet, eat an apple with a little bit of honey.  

    -eat the most calories earlier on in the day, and let it get lesser and lesser. try not to eat less than 2 hrs before u go to bed.

    -a nice breakfast is a small bowl of kellogs special K with soya milk, then 2 hrs later a banana.

    -buy a pair of jeans the size u want to be, so when they start to become baggy you know you are getting too thin and you should stop!
