I want to lose weight and gain definition in 2 months?

Is it possible to do this? My bf LOVES Princess Leia and so for Halloween I want to dress in the gold bikini she wore in the Jabba the Hutt scene in Star Wars...Any dietary or exercise suggestions on how to get good definition in my abs by Halloween? I currently work out 5 days a week doing resistance training. Thanks!!!!

  1. Get Cardio at least 30 - 45 minutes EVERY morning or at least every other mornings. Believe me. You will see results in the first week.

    I personally dig Turbo Jam's cardio party. It's about 45 minutes long and it's been working for me. But anything that gets your body moving like a brisk walk around the block will help. Cardio is great because it woks the entire body so you'll shed fat all over. Take measurements instead of using a scale.

    Perhaps weight train a little. Women should not fear weights. unless you are lifting like crazy, on steroids or any other performance type drug you wont bulk up. Muscle has weight just like fat. So while the scale may not move much you'll be dropping inches. Inches are more important than pounds they matter when squeezing into a tight pair of jeans or a really hot Halloween costume. so even getting a 5 - 10 pound barbel or weights will really speed things up.

    Eating is important. Don't starve yourself. It wont help it may actually hurt your weight loss.

    Eat clean.

    chicken - DO NOT FRY!!

    lean ground beef/turky

    Dark leafy greens

    almonds about a handful or 10

    Eggs (Hard boiled or scrambled/fried in pam or butter)

    Really diet isn't hard. Just do your best not to eat things like TV dinners ect

    If you want to go real hardcore. DROP SODA. Seriously investing in Crystal light alone took off tons of calories for me. Soda is evil...but good...still evil. Drop soda for a while and drink water/crystal light. I swear even Fruit juices have tons of sugar, read labels carefully. It also helped me shed the pounds faster because I was no longer drinking junk lol

    Here's my current diet

    breakfast

    1 whole egg + 5 egg whites with 1/2 cup oatmeal with strawberries, milk (skim or soy works great but 2% works fine)

    snack

    apple slices or any fruit I have on hand

    Lunch

    I can salmon(any fish you like will do even some lean ground turkey or beef will work in the salad)& 2 cups romaine lettuce with spritzer spray dressing

    (Personally I dopn't do this unless I'm working out in the afternoon - you don't need too)

    snack - post workout  

    2 scoops protein powder mixed with skim milk and maybe a banana

    dinner

    plain cooked chicken breast with (any veggie you like) or sweet potato with romaine salad /handful slivered almonds

    bedtime snack

    nonfat plain yogurt sometimes sliced strawberries, handful chopped walnuts

    You can fiddle around that too suit your tastes. Hope this helps. So far I've lost 5 pounds and it's been about 6 days. 2 - 5 pounds is good. I'm sure it's because of the working out and water weight...but I'm HAPPY! lol

    Just try and eat ever 3- 4 hours if possible. It helps!!
