  2. jog 4 like 10-20 mins every day and it will do u good, n if ur not seeing or feeling progress u shud also exercise, like situps and pushups, but also keep track of wat u eat, no fat foods, and dont miss a meal either n think u'll get skinnier, eat right and healthy, drink alota water and have snacks of fruits or veggies. hope i helped =)
