I am around 5'6 and 3/4, and i am overweight. 175 lbs. 17 yrs old and I want to diet quick, I an tired getting yelled at by my dad for being like this. So I was made to run until I sweat (I get that part) but I have a problem with feeling nausea when I am very tired. I try to tell him that I will walk every other day until school starts, but he won't believe me. Is there a way for me to diet easily? I heard about the pink patch but I'm not sure.
