I want to lose weight safely without me throwing up every few minutes when i jog, help?

I am around 5'6 and 3/4, and i am overweight. 175 lbs. 17 yrs old and I want to diet quick, I an tired getting yelled at by my dad for being like this. So I was made to run until I sweat (I get that part) but I have a problem with feeling nausea when I am very tired. I try to tell him that I will walk every other day until school starts, but he won't believe me. Is there a way for me to diet easily? I heard about the pink patch but I'm not sure. Yes I'm a girl using a guys email just so u no.

  1. It is never easy to loose weight. Run only when it is fresh outside. Slowly and gradually cut down on your food intake until you can consume a decent size meal without feeling desperate for more food. Make sure you drink plenty of water.  


  2. Please ignore the other persons answer saying jogging will not help you lose weight, it works wonders. I am more concerned about your dad making you jog? Why is he making you do this?

    You can only jog for as long as your fitness level allows, and then yes, if you exert yourself too hard, you will start to feel sick.

    There are many different resources on the internet that give you guide lines on how you can build up your jogging stamina, but it takes time.


  3. joging will never help you loose a lot of weight, seriously, try something else like eating well or sprinting maybe.
