when i wake up early, like for school early and stuff, i dont feel like eating anything but i have to drink milk or water becuase my throat is thirsty. im 15 if it helps. what should i eat for lunch and dinner?i want it to be things you can possible find around the house. i heard oatmeal is good? if i have it every meal think i could lose weight.when school starts august 11th i really dont eat lunch at school. i feel retarded bringing my own lunch im a sophomore and our school lunch is c**p but ill get it occasionally.so wat is healthy lunch foods you get served at school?please help. ive also switched from sodas to water and ive gained water weight!?! :/
