I want to make TEMPURA now ?

i've prepared the shrimps and everything, but i have this tempura flour or tempura powder and it's written in japanese, so i can't figure out how to make the batter, i want to make the batter using tempura flower .

Here are the instructions off my Shirakiku Brand Tempura Mix

I cup of Tempura Batter Mix w/ 3/4 cup ice cold water mix

For crispy do not mix it too much it is perfect when small flour lumps appear at the surface of the batter.

Make sure your oil is hot...350-360

season shrimp

dip

fry

then lightly salt

you can also dip sweet potato slices, shoestring carrots, green beans, broccoli, in batter & fry...excellent

maybe you should just add water. anyway if it doesn't work out just mix some egg white with some flour and beat em well, exactly the same results.
