I want to make a black and white pic of me with my eye color still blue, how do i do it??????

use a blue focus effect where everything is black and white except anything blue

Actually this is very simple... If you have a photo editing program like Photoshop or PSP.  Since the irises are perfectly round, a simple Elliptical selection tool will suffice.  Simple select the eyes, inverse the selection, and remove the color from the entire image.
