  2. those professions are starting to dye out.  I would recommend that you  develop a field that will always be needed,(attorney,doctor,science engineering)

Depends where you live.  Each province and state governs their own industry.  You don't need a college degree for the most part, but having some sort of business or financial background definately helps.  You're best bet is to contact a financial advisor in your area and speak with them about what you need to do to get into the industry.
