  1. Tough answer.  I'd just donate to the Red Cross.  They can manage the payouts.  The government is corrupt over there, so avoid any agencies that sound like they're associated with the Burmese government.  Otherwise, you'd probably be funding some government official's gold-leaf toilet paper.

  2. British Red Cross is probably the best if you want to give now.  In a few days time, the main aid and development charities will have an appeal under the DEC umbrella.  Remember it's not the dead that need our aid, but the survivors.

  3. None as the stubborn Burmese aren't accepting aid!

  4. Thank you so much, we are in need of eveything. i would say World Vision and Save the Childern,UK have more capability than most NGOs. Since, my Gov't distrust over any Non Burmese NGOs workers, we are recently using local staff to deal with each regional commands. World Vision and Save the childern have more local manpower. also, Population Services International fr Washington D.C is very affective in the region. However, Population Services is not ready to jump-start right away, please check out www.psi.org ...RedCross n UN people are doing everything they can but there are tons of delay due to regulations and such. again , thank you.
