I want to make a game...?

I want to make a game like Millsberry or Neopets, so what are some programs I can do this with? (either free or purchase)

I also dont want to pay to host a site, so is there a way I can make the game and then put it on a site like geocities or if the program has its own site hoster?

Both Millsverry and Neopets are very very complex websites. Its not just one game, is probably hundreds. These sites are created by multiple professionals in computer science. Its also not something that can be hosted on a free hosting site or even one that you pay for.  You would need to create your own sever. It is a really expensive project.

However, if you want to make something a little simpler with the same idea in mind.  You would need to first learn html,css,php,and mysql.

I think you would want to learn flash and javascript, and just write your own website. You will need to pay to host it, because that's the only way to have a website on the internet (aside from hosting it yourself, but most ISPs don't allow that). It's not exactly easy, and there are no programs that just do it for you.
