I want to make a learner's license made...I would be turning 18 on may 29 2008..I stay in delhi?

To make a learner's liscence you need to take a photocopy of ur 10 th marksheet, photos etc. I would personally prefer to give them to some dalal or middleman. Although they take some extra money but hey if u want the work done quickly, then this is the best option. If u take your documents to the RTO (road transport office), ur file will be burried in piles and it may take from weeks to months.

If you have a car,

1. Avoid DALALs or middlemen. Never fall in their trap.

2. Gain knowledge about driving and road-signs from booklets available on footpaths.

3.Go personally ,straight to the RTA (O/o the Regional Transport Authority) and apply for a learner's license

4. They will give a sufficient time for the test drive.

5. After a successful test drive, driving license is issued using an application software "SARATHI"

If you do not have a car, enroll yourself in any motor training school. They'll charge you for everything and you get the license without any hassles. This is as good as having a driving license from a DALAL except that you get to learn how to drive effectively.
