  1. I agree, tampolines are great and prvoide much more excerise than u would think. Get on that does not have springs however, those can be dangerous and make sure to get the net surronding it. i have one and use it a lot. by the end of the summer i find that i can jump for much longer with out getting so out of breathe. it provides endurance and strength. also, try getting a small medicine ball (3 pound maybe??) and have a brick wall (or some wall like thing that is very sturdy) and through the ball with one hand and catch it with both. do that for 1 min. take a rest, and then other hand. also try chest passes, over the head passes, and other creative things (im sure u can come up with some) that way, u only need ur self to excerise, and not someone else to throw to! u can take that anywhere. i also think that swimming is a great excerises but u would need a pretty big pool to do laps in and then i doubt it would be very mobile. u could try getting a pass to a neighborhood pool though! :)

  2. trampolines are a great workout
