I want to make a logo..HELP

Okay, basically a new lacrosse team I am helping start up is in need of a few things. A main one, the logo. We are aiming at the South Beach TurtleHawks... Basically a turtle-hawk mix. The idea in mind is a turtle with wings, the turtle shell to be navy the wings to be yellow, not to bright of a yellow a good, easy to see yellow. The team colors are Navy and Yellow ( Darker, not to dark...golden? )

Can someone do it for me for free quickly..,, or tell me how.. nothing so artsy this can be very simple.. maybe two lacrosse sticks crossing each other on an angle like an X.. on his shell?
