I want to make a ringtone, what shall I use to make it?

I want to use a program (preferably free) that will send the ringtone to the phone without me needing to use my internet browser on my phone in order to download. Is this possible?

trust me on this. only one website that has worked for me is mobile17. com

you need to have a copy of the song on your computer to recieve it but it will allow you to pick when the ringtone starts and when it ends. the ringtone may have to be sent via picture msg(if you have verizon)

the msg may take up to a full day to recieve(but thats the ptice for free!!)

Lots of nice songs can be cool ring tones like the song of the movie Saw III  or any song for Evanescence
