  1. A solar powered hot dog cooker.

Bend a piece of metal into a hollow tube.

Put the hot dog in the tube.

Set it out in the sun.

  2. U could also make an insulated, but electrically birdhouse or doghouse & see how much energy is conserved that way.

  3. Make a thing that shows how much energy an Incandescent bulb takes verses an CFL bulb

  4. For some really intense Ideas, go to http://www.overunity.com and read through what's there.Totally intense !

  5. This isn't on energy conservation, but consider instead alternative building techniques. For example, straw-bale buildings on a small scale, glass block walls (you could use bottles instead of blocks), or what about rammed earth? What about building with recycled materials?

In this day and age, everyone will have a projects on conservation, but how many will be exploring possible ANSWERS. Not many, I'd guess.

You say you're in high school? Aren't you out for the summer?

  6. See http://www.wikipedia.com/ Also, I am suggesting this to all who read it - http://www.globalcool.com/ - they need your help.
