I have almost every other kind of pan you can think of... even a cupcakes pan. I just don't have a loaf pan....

I'm trying to use up some overripe bananas that are sitting in my kitchen, so I decided I should try making banana bread. What would you do in this situation?

  1. You can use you cupcake pan & make banana muffins.  I have used my Bundt cake pan before to make it like a cake - I just added chocolate chips to the batter & drizzled chocolate sauce on the finished product.  Depending on the amount of batter, you could use either an 8x8, 9x9, or 9x13 pan & cut the finished product into squares.

Wow - now I'm hungry for banana bread....

  2. Bake it in a cake pan.  Start checking it about 20 minutes before the recommended time for baking in a loaf pan.  It will cook faster.

  3. Use a cake pan and go for banana cake or use a cupcake pan and go doe banana cupcakes...all tastes the same..

  4. If you have a cupcake pan, you can make banana muffins!  Or, just use a square pan.

  5. Go to the grocery store and get the cheap 1$ one

  6. Just use a different pan!  It will taste the same no matter how they look.  Just pay closer attention to the cooking times.  If you use a muffin pan, it will be less time to cook.  I bigger pan than a loaf pan will take a little longer.

  7. you got a SS bowl

reduce the temp 50ºF but still test 40 min 45 min

you now got a round loaf

    common sense
